1. They were doing a little refurbishing on some rooms and our first room was right next to the construction it didn't seem like it as going to be a big deal since the rooms looked basically done, but the construction made the room really inconvenient.

3. Only negative (for us that is) is they allow pets, but the pets are allowed only in pet-friendly rooms, so in the end that was not a big deal for us.

5. The room was clean and appropriately kitted out for the hotel rating with no unpleasent discoveries, other than the TV/Internet facility which was faulty, and the fridge that periodically made a humming/vibrating noise, this was not that much of a big deal though.
