1. This was nice enough nothing special; But we walked out one evening and went across the road as we were ignored after being seated which is not cool when our trying to feed children we are explorers and wouldn't typically eat at a hotel but sometimes you have to do what you have to do with kids.

2. Unfortunately, the Blue Mermaid host clearly decided that the tired hotel guests standing in the hotel entry could wait; he ignored us and seated newcomers from the street.

We attempted to get our boarding passes printed 4 times , (should have ignored the false advertising by the hotel to print your boarding passes for you)to be told each time we had not given enough information, there was no such booking etc etc ended up printing them ourselves in less then a minute.
