1. We noted that some people complained about noise from next door rooms but we heard nothing at all (and the hotel was busy).

7. Walls are paper thin; we had to complain due to excessive noise level next door and they said they would call the room to tell him to turn down TV and noise level (we were on floor 4).

9. We had a court yard facing room, but I knew that when I booked so to be honest I find it odd that people then complain they haven't got a view, if you want a view pay extra and you'll get one.

10. We complained about very loud neighbours and got the next day a card with a complimentary bottle of wine, which we think is a very nice gesture.
