1. A manager came up and informed me that the receptionist was wrong and they didn't need our liscense and credit card and that we could take the tour.

4. After airports, renting a car (the hotel does not have any airport or park transportation), driving, entering the wrong entrance and listening to 3 very hungry and tired kids, the long check-in was not welcomed.

5. Don't get me wrong the place is beautiful but it is very expensive if you compare a package holiday to what you pay yearly at OLCC.

7. We went to make the exchange the following morning and was told that we were put into the wrong room and had to change rooms, same building just up one flight.

8. We had a few issues upon check in, the woman at the front desk gave us the wrong keys to our condo and it was a 12 minute drive back to the desk to get the right keys, and because we did not check in till 11PM we opted to call the front desk to tell them about our problem and they send security up to let us in and told us to go to the front desk for the exchange in the morning.

9. Calls toour room checking on the time we were leaving and more calls - I believe from employees as well but excusing themselves that they have the wrong number.

10. Staff and management are very poorly trained I felt that I had taken a wrong turn and could possibly be at the motel 6 with the type of service I received.
