I registered with my father and not my husband to avoid the onslaught of sales pitches about time share tours,(they tend to prefer marketing to married couples) I stood my ground for the 15 minutes it took to check in and refused any' offers ' and avoided any further timeshare hassles by not answering the phone which rang about twice a day with a recording about the days events and a 'promotion' of the day.

4. Seen the comments about checking in, we had no problems, were asked if we would go on a tour for money but declined politely as we did not have enough time and were not hassled.

6. At check in they do try to sell you the timeshare, however if you just let them know you are not interested and unplug your phones in your room (which we done) then you won't be hassled at all.

9. Because of the mass size of the complex, the have several roads and such, (But it's gated by top-notch security, however, no hassle at all, just show a pass) so, they built a bus system, that comes by your condo, every 15 minutes or so.
