1. I have stayed many places and have never after 18 years had reason enough to go online and complain about anything anywhere, but this place takes the cake.

(2) We also had a bad experience with the Timeshare sales people, but this was rectified after we complained to the Hotel Manager who gave us cash coupons to compensate us for showing up for our 60 minute presentation which the Timeshare representatives said we had to stay for a 90 minute presentation.

6. When I checked out I was asked if everything was OK and I told them no, so they sent me to a room with a lot of other owners who were complaining to a women who could have been my grandmother.

9. People complain that they have no care for the guests, but they can't help that they have to print 1,000+ room keys, so I'd like to see them deal with hot, angry tourists.
