1. The only problem with this hotel is that it is not convenient to the parks if you do not rent a car.

3. We were there over the 4th of July, and our neighbors were extremely loud in the streets, setting off fireworks -- not the resort's problem, but still a nuisance when we had toddlers trying to sleep and being woken up at midnight.

4. LASTLY, there were two incidents at the resort - (1) a man was arrested in front of my building - don't know what the problem was and I started seeing bugs in the bathroom - big cockroaches.

6. They also turned your telephone off for outgoing calls, but most people have cell phones and that wasn't a problem.

7. I found it to be pretty reliable and usually did not have problems with access or speed.

8. Those were my main problems that I came across, the phone rang the first couple of days, asking us to take a tour, we finally got a bit aggressive and told them to leave us alone.
