1. I was a nervous wreck about checking into this resort after reading the reviews here- I experienced none of the issues written about.

2. The air conditioner in the master bedroom came out over the entertainment unit/dresser and hit me in the face at night, which resulted in my having headaches each morning; however, if they switched the placement of the bed, it would solve that issue.

3. My main issue with this resort was that once you got outside of the reception area, it seemed you were on your own.

5. The other issue is that when we were looking for our rooom, we saw linens and towels in piles laying by the room doors half under the shrubery by a few of the rooms.

8. we had no issues the staff helped the whole time we will come back---to the negative people they must have been rude or somthing but do a little practice on no because they will try a sales pitch but just tell them you can get a better deal on ebay even buy someone elses week but go before the end of may not alot of people and the parks are easy to get around anyway this is a good place to stay.

9. On the last night of our stay, the kitchen sink backed up & they sent a plumber out at midnight, when the maintenance person could not resolve the issue.
