5. LASTLY, there were two incidents at the resort - (1) a man was arrested in front of my building - don't know what the problem was and I started seeing bugs in the bathroom - big cockroaches.

8. They did not clean my room daily - I had to wash my own towels - I had to bring in my own toiletries - I was bugged to go to a time share meeting - etc.
