Fault 1 - resort is way spreadout (driving to get to pools and all events is a joke) Fault 2 - The childrens programs are almost non-existant and waterpark charges per person per day for lazy river tubes (what a pain) Fault 3 - It is very unclean (not the rooms - but the hallways and stairs are disgusting - putting your garbage down the hatch is not pleasant) Fault 4 - Terrible Management - I had 2 real issues: Issue A was to do with a room repair - I had to escalate and escalate to get my tv fixed - Issue B was related to the waterpark management - they have a sign posted for the children's height to use the waterslide - I measured my daughter & sent her up and it just happened to be the pool manager at the station at that time - he said she was not tall enough - I asked another couple who were sitting by the pool to look at her against the height grid and they agreed with me that she easily met the height but he still refused to even double check her - that night she ended up having to go to the doctor for an ear infection - so i asked the doctor to document her height - costing me $20 for a letter- even without shoes she easily met the height requirement - this may seem like a small issue to some - but when you are booked into a facility for a lenghty period and everyone else is using the slide it's tough on those left out- it became a big deal to my daughter and me - I was so put off with the way i was treated that it really almost ruined my vacation - originally the pool manager did not even want to discuss it again even with the letter and he did not even care if she could swim - until senior mgmt got involved - I was really ticked that he would block a child over something so trivial as being 1/2 an inch to short on a slide that goes into 2 feet of water - he used no common sense (this guy was a jerk) ***** Overall I would say that unless you are a golfer then this resort is well below par for the area *****.
