1. I have stayed at many a 'boutique' hotel that were absolutely tiny but so opposite at The Orchard.

The 'homemade' trio of ice cream (caramel, strawberry and oatmeal cookie-a strange combination, in my opinion, but the caramel flavor was really and truly the only enjoyable and seemingly fresh tasting one of the 3) were scooped out with a tiny melon baller, to which the hotel had the nerve to charge $8 for each lousy dessert.
