7. This hotel may need a make over in a few years but for now one can't complain and I would opt to stay here again due to it's convenient location, reasonable price for SF, and friendly helpful staff.

8. If I had to complain I would say parking was rather expensive at $45but from what I heard it is like that all over San Francisco.

9. I would rate sleep quality a 5 given the hotel supplies you with a sleep cd in your room, but the Cable Car running up and down Powell made some noise, but I am not complaining.
