1. The bottom sheet on the bed is not fitted, nor is the mattress pad, so if you toss and turn even a little during the night, the bed becomes a big, uncomfortable, lumpy mess.

3. We loved that we did not need to mess with a car, as the hotel is right on a cable car line, and we could buy a multi-day Muni pass reasonably, and ride cable cars and buses for the entire time we were there.
