2. The sound of cable car can be loud and I could hear it from our room in the morning (I didn't realize the sound and the vibration was from the cable car until I went out from the hotel.

3. If there are any cons, I would say that 1) there is no view; and 2) the cable car (which passes right by the front) can be loud at night or early in the morning if you have a room facing Bush St.
