1. We have never had a problem with the rooms or cleanliness although I would like firmer pillows.

3. The bathrooms are spacious with lovely tilework, but the floor was so sticky (seemed to be cleaning product, nothing worse, and more water applied - by us, using the bath linens - mostly ameliorated the problem) that it distracted from what would otherwise have been a great first impression.

7. We were always greeted with a smile and a hello whenever we got out of the elevator, and never had any issues or problems with anyone who worked there.
