6. However, I expect good and pleasant service before forking out extra cash for a tip and if staff are off-hand, rude or make you fell generally unwelcome, then I don`t think a tip is deserved.

7. Worst things - elevator took forever, staff was a little rude, and they kill you with a $34 parking charge the second you pull up - you basically don`t have a choice.
