1. The room was very clean though and we didn't have problems with traffic noise, but that's because we had an less-than-ideal view facing inwards to other rooms / offices / etc.

4. The service is always great, the front desk is super friendly, and I have never had a problem with noise complaints (we have our friends come and hang out with us to pregame before going out).

5. Whenever we come here, there is never a problem getting upgraded to the e wow suite (which is more of a homier layout than the on on lakeshore).

8. The w is located right off the el train so there is some noise, I am not the heaviest sleeper but I did not have a problem sleeping.

10. The lift ok stop, when you get in a lift and your eyes cant focus there is a problem, the purple holograms and the dim lighting made you feel you were in some sort of vegas nightclub.
