I had a bad experience with Concierge at the Lakeshore the day before, and this left me disappointed and wondering why ever go to a Concierge if they don't make the effort to help you and make you feel like other things are more important than your time? Laurelin Hefter, the W Insider at this property restored my trust by giving me recommendations for lunch, and I not only had lunch but also dinner at the places recommended.
