1. I went to get my room changed and was moved to a higher floor but a smaller room and equally as noisy.

8. Check in was able to get me a king bed, but how the hell am I suppose to know what a 'wonderful' room is? I guess it's code for for a small room on the 12th floor with a dumpy old bathroom that overlooks the noisy elevated train.
