5. The room was very clean though and we didn't have problems with traffic noise, but that's because we had an less-than-ideal view facing inwards to other rooms / offices / etc.

6. The service is always great, the front desk is super friendly, and I have never had a problem with noise complaints (we have our friends come and hang out with us to pregame before going out).

8. It is a fun atmosphere but we were on the 10th floor in a courtyard room so the noise was no issue (beyond the L which you would hear anywhere inside the loop.

9. It was not bad (you are in a big city so you expect noise) but I would imagine it may be different if you are on a low floor.

10. The w is located right off the el train so there is some noise, I am not the heaviest sleeper but I did not have a problem sleeping.
