Great service like this is so
hard
to find but I'm glad I found it at the W in the loop when I visit Chicago.

This is like a traditional W hotel's attractive, quieter,
hard
-to-get-to-know sister.

I don't love it but you'll be
hard
pressed to find such accommodations at a comparable rate anywhere else in the city.

The street in front of the hotel was under construction so it was
hard
to pull up to the front and drop off bags (we weren't parking at the hotel) without feeling rushed, but the bell-hops were more than friendly and accommodating.

Staff at the bar/concierge/front desk were more than helpful, made us '
hard
to get' reservations at a local gastropub with ease and gave us the VIP treatment all around.

Either way, they are trying really
hard
to get young people in the door and I think it works, judging from the crowd I saw while I was there.

The background music here can be a bit of an issue as it is very
hard
to understand what the check-in people are telling you.

First, the room is quite remarkably small: quite
hard
to squeeze into the desk chair (because of the bed), and there's no sitting furniture at all except the desk chair.
