1. The other unfortunate circumstance was that we were in the handicap room which meant a larger bathroom (with many grab-bars) but a closet with everything down at wheelchair height (with the coat rack covering up the tiny dresser because it needed to be within reaching distance.

2. unfortunately, because of the Icelandic volcano the hotel was completely full due to guests who were unable to leave Chicago extending their stay.

7. unfortunately, the rooms are very small, with little room to place one`s luggage and only a few small drawers inside the closet.
