1. Some of the reviews I saw were complaining about the view - that their window faced another part of the building, we did have one of these rooms but the view was not really obstructed in anyway (we actually found it quite lovely) and I'll include a photograph of our view as a part of my review.

Good thing only 2 of us were staying at this hotel-I have never stayed in a hotel with this small of room-you had about 1 foot of walking space around the bed & could touch the walls when sitting on the bed -- there is no where to put your suitcase or clothes-you have to live out of your suitcase & hope you don't trip on it-(and I was told this was one of the bigger rooms) When I called to complain about the small room size and try to upgrade to a larger room or get a refund in order to move to another hotel I was told by the Manager(who they had to call as there was no manager on duty)-"what did I expect a palace?? How very very rude in my opinion-she definetely did not believe in customer service.
