1. The interior was nicely decorated and while the hotel itself is older and a little cramped, as are the majority of older hotels, Hotel Cass really utilized their space.

6. Oh and the rooms are very small/bathrooms are cramped/elevators are scary and small/the two beds were different sizes/walls are paper thin/they charge hotel guests for parking - but those would have all been forgiven had the service not been horrendous.

7. Our room was very cramped with virtually no wardrobe or storage space, which meant we were falling over our own suitcases all the time and the bed was pushed right up to a wall with not much in the way of lighting.
