1. Soundproofing in the room was very poor, and noises from the street and from the hallway were both clearly and disturbingly audible.

6. This is a quiet property in that sense but the sound insulation between rooms and corridors was poor and other guests caused a fair bit of disturbance just coming and going.

8. The cafeteria is a bit poor on the 'looks side', but it offers a nice breakfast, cooked at the moment, for a very nice price (way less then your average starbucks).

9. I can`t speak to the experiences of some of the people who gave poor reviews of the Cass Hotel here on TripAdvisor, but I`ve stayed at the Cass Hotel a couple of times with the most recent stay being one week in length and I can recommend it.

10. Have to agree the towels are poor, but the bathroom is clean and for the money, the Cass is a fine choice.
