1. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the only complaint we had was the slow lift .

6. My only complaint was that there was some gunk on the wall of our room near the door that needed to be washed down, so that was kind of gross.

7. My only other complaint would be that early in the week the breakfast was ready and set out by the 6:30AM starting time but later in the week I got the impression that the crew (different people I think) thought 6:30AM was the time they were to start putting food out.

9. And for my final complaint, can't somebody tell the Chicago PD that they don't HAVE to run their sirens at 4:00AM???Other than those things, the hotel staff is excellent, Cleanliness is acceptable, The location is perfect.

10. Only two small complaints: one is the lack of drawer space, with a small drawer offered in the closet, the other is the lack of space in the bathroom.
