6. I will say though she was the only rude person I encountered at the hotel-the rest of the staff was very friendly and polite & the rooms were clean-despite that though, between the small size of the place and the Manager's attitude I would never stay at this hotel again-if you have kids def.

Good thing only 2 of us were staying at this hotel-I have never stayed in a hotel with this small of room-you had about 1 foot of walking space around the bed & could touch the walls when sitting on the bed -- there is no where to put your suitcase or clothes-you have to live out of your suitcase & hope you don't trip on it-(and I was told this was one of the bigger rooms) When I called to complain about the small room size and try to upgrade to a larger room or get a refund in order to move to another hotel I was told by the Manager(who they had to call as there was no manager on duty)-"what did I expect a palace?? How very very rude in my opinion-she definetely did not believe in customer service.

10. The negatives which regretably out-weigh the positives were (1) rude staff, (2) cleanliness way below par (3) internet available but didn`t work most of the time (4) accommodation very small (5) again staff unhelpful when asking for assistance.
