1. Cons- the upper floors smell like food, the front desk mentioned it is because they are surrounded by lots of restaurants and their ventilation system sucks in the fumes.

7. Again, a good response, but how is it the housekeepers didn't notice the incredible stench when they cleaned the room?Aside from the smell, the upgraded room (a king suite) was nice, but it felt a little like a set from L.

9. Foam mattress, hot room with no cooling hvac ' until it warmer', unwarranted charge on bill, sewer gas smell in bathroom and had to go to the front desk for a new key for three of the four nights.

10. The rooms are so crammed together that one night when we had noisy neighbors, we could not only hear everything they said, but even smell the food they brought in via the connecting door between our rooms.
