1. We had lots of issues with the heating/cooling and it didn't seem to be consistent (we would be alternately hot or cold even if we didn't touch the thermostat).

7. I have never had a cleanliness issue here--the rooms seem to be clean and there is always a housekeeper in the hallway if I have ever needed anything.

8. The room temp was an issue and never cooled down (I like to sleep at about 69-70 degrees).

10. I didn't have issues connecting to the internet in my hotel room or the wireless in the conference area, but had MAJOR issues getting any connection on my cell phone.
