1. The most difficult thing for me about this hotel was getting to the front door.

2. Despite the fact there were no noise problems, and that I had a magnificent view from the 42nd floor, I found the comfort of the room very difficult to maintain.

3. There is a small couch in the room that folds out in to a double bed, but why pay an unnecessary premium for an executive king 'suite' and just book a standard double room instead? The bathrooms in this hotel are TINY, to the point where it's difficult to stand in front of the sink because the toilet juts out of the wall so far.

4. We stayed on the 23rd floor, but still heard lots of street noise which made it difficult to sleep.

5. Water pressure in the bathroom sink is very low which made it difficult to wash soap off of hands/face and it took forever to add water to sink for shaving.

7. - Small bathrooms- Costly parking ($48 for valet per day)- Pulling up to valet is difficult as the drieway can only hold 4-5 cars.

10. Parking is very difficult, valet parking is available, but also difficult to get help and the valet parking is way over priced for the service that you receive.
