Even Navy Pier is not too far- Room was very clean (we had a King Executive with pull-out couch)- Bathroom was very clean, albeit small- Staff were very helpful at all times (see below)- The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings were new and nice lookingCons:- They must have broken elevators.
