1. Excellent check in service, incredible location and no complaints.

2. My only complaint was that my company shipped my sales-samples to the hotel and apparently any boxes shipped to the hotel go to their business center - who wanted to charge me $20 per box as a 'receiving fee' for the box.

8. The decor in the corridors and bedrooms is beginning to show its age, but other than that no complaints whatsoever.

9. Other than that I have no complaints about the hotel, except the bar area at night is pretty cheesy - loud music, brightish lights (for a bar area) and huge TV screens that are partially blocked for some bar patrons by the huge 'art' piece in the center of the bar area.
