1. Get the 3-day unlimited pass - worked great for us because if we got on the wrong bus and needed to transfer, we did not have to worry about the balance on the card.

4. I understand that accidents do happen, but something like this needs to be monitored more carefully to ensure that private information isn't given out to the wrong people.
