After figuring out they had no connectable wifi in the lobby (well, the lobby was downstairs near the conference rooms since they're doing noisy, MAJOR construction of the main floor lobby), we went back upstairs after waiting down there a while, to give our luggage to the bellmen so we could head to Navy Pier.
