1. Other than the first night (loud couple in the room next door - they checked out by the time I alerted the front desk, so no longer a problem), we had very quiet, considerate 'neighbors.

5. The room was average, but the main problem is that the windows aren't insulted for sound, so you pretty much hear all the traffic, sirens in particular.
