1. One negative thing would be the weird sensor bar they have for the snacks.

Excellent location You can walk to all the tourist places in less than 10 mins Ckeck in staff very pleasant Only negative- which was a disappointment not a major problem- was the "lake view room" for which I paid extra It was barely possible to see a sliver of blue and blocks away between 2 skyscrapers -I will stay here again on my next trip to Chicago.
