5. On the downside, the elevator to the garage was cramped and busier than what was likely anticipated (encouraging people to valet I guess), and in spite of having four lobby elevators, they seemed to not keep people moving as fast as they could line up.

7. The main downsides were probably no free breakfast, and no free internet (except in the biz center).

8. The only downside in the stay was having to pay for internet in the room -- and being presented with fees not by room but separately for each device -- a drag with two laptops and two iPods, which would have cost a fortune if we bought 4 separate internet plans.
