5. Staff: The bell staff was unbelieveable rude - never greeted or helped w/taxis; concierge gave gross recommendation for breakfast (cafe across the street had dirty silverware & quality of food was poor - black olives on eggs benedict?); we arranged car service though the concierge, but when we arrived in the lobby to catch our ride to the airport we were informed that they accidentally let another party take our car - they found us shuttle service that was slow & we almost missed our flights home (I literally had to run to my gate - I checked in w/sky cap at 6:08 for a 6:40 flight).
