1. I was explaining to her about was going on with agents and how rude they are,how come the person like that attending guest and she just stopped me and she said that.

2. It was my first time in this doubletree hotel in Chicago, i've been in different doubletree hotels before and people were nice but since i checked in at this hotel in Chicago i have notice about that,front desk agents are not rude.

3. We received a very strange and unfriendly to the point of rude response from one of the concierge's.

4. When bringing this up at the front desk after our first night(backs hurt), the guy was very rude and said there were no rooms to switch to, yet a few hours later someone else said that there were rooms to switch to.

6. Now for the cons- we weren't able to check in until well after the specified check-in time of 3PM, and when we asked if we could check in any earlier the staff was incredibly rude.
