1. The printer in the business center wasn't working on day one of our meeting and the copier was broken on day two-unfortunately you had to call an 800 number for service since it seems to be contracted out to someone else.

3. The bellman, whose name unfortunately I have forgotten, was very helpful and accommodating; we felt totally comfortable leaving our bags with him -- and, like our check-in, as though it was a pleasure to for him assist us.

8. Then one guest must have been checking out at 5:30 in the morning so we were unfortunately awakened then as well.
