thing was there was no hot water in the morning :( We will not be back to this hotel when returning to Chicago - it must be for a different type of traveler - not families.

part is that when I called the front desk, the person told me that an unexpected number of guests must have showered early and that they were unsure when I could expect the hot water to be available.
