7. We used priceline to book the hotel and it felt like because we were prepaid the hotel staff was very rude to us and not accomodating.

8. how rude of me???? The hotel does not have any ramp to the street, so they have a dumbwater (sort of elevator) that is very tight, slow, and not very user friendly.
