My one comment on the rooms is it is a
shame
that they haven't replaced the light switch plates, a very low cost item but it makes it look like a refurb, rather than new.

The business center also offers free printing; I cannot stress how important this is, and I think it is
shame
ful how other hotels try to nickel and dime customers by charging extortionate rates for what in the 21st century should be basic services.

It is a
shame
that they turned such a quaint hotel Full of Chicago history into a euro boutique hotel while raising the rates by 40 percent.

shame
when we, personally, felt we had no reason to feel
shame
.

We hear this landmark hotel and restaurant are about to undergo some serious changes, and although I`m sure renovations are probably needed, it will be a
shame
to give up any of the charm or history.
