1. Some of the rooms have very uncomfortable mattress/bed, if you are unfortunate to get one of these room, let the front desk know and they will move you to another room with no fuss.

5. I must say, although it is fun and stylish, its not so over the top to the point where it is uncomfortable (like W hotels can be sometimes) this hotel is still cozy and friendly to all people.

10. The HOB was funky and the Hotel Sax remains funky, but the decor is cheap and uncomfortable and seems to have been done on a shoe-string budget.
