1. The only downsides to the hotel were the puzzling lack of towels and pillows for all four guests (only 3 towels/room and one small pillow per guest), though extra pillows and towels were promptly brought up when we called the front desk.

2. The hotel houses a cool lounge/club (Crimson) in the bottom, I loved the music/decor but the service was a little lacking and pretentious but to be expected I think, again no biggie.

5. We did a lot of shopping, so by the end of the trip, our room was filled with bags and a little difficult to walk around in because of the lack of space.

7. Staff is not particular pleasant albeit very efficient but the hotel does lack in the common areas -- besides the very dark trendy bar there is no common area for guests to sit and lounge in.

8. Only downsides were the lack of a coffee maker in the room (although they had free coffee in the lobby in the morning), and there wasn't much in the way of being able to store your clothes and travel items.

9. Only complaint would be a lack of storage - the hotel's website claims that a double double room sleeps 4 comfortably which is true but if they got rid of the outrageously overpriced mini-bar ( we did'nt indulge.
