1. The only issue is the exorbitant cost of internet access ($15 per day) when most hotels provide this free of charge these days.

5. A few minor issues: I had to fix the toilet myself as the flusher handle was not attached to the mechanism and so the toilet wouldn't flush (easy fix and not worth calling down for maintenance, but shouldn't housekeeping have noticed when they were cleaning?).

7. As concerns regarding bed bugs have risen nation-wide, I wanted to proactively address this issue to ensure our beloved guests of the daily measures we take to maintain the integrity of our rooms and public areas.
