1. A couple of points were a little disappointing notably stains on the curtains, no bed skirt on our King bed, and given that the Hotel is located directly across from a multi-story tower car park, the occasional car alarm being set off at inconvenient times was not ideal.

2. The use of the refillable pumps was fine for showering, but at one point I decided to have a bath and having to stand up periodically to reach the products was kind of inconvenient and potentially dangerous.

3. These aren't major inconveniences, but certainly soured our experienced for what was reported to be a five-star hotel.
