1. A couple of points were a little disappointing notably stains on the curtains, no bed skirt on our King bed, and given that the Hotel is located directly across from a multi-story tower car park, the occasional car alarm being set off at inconvenient times was not ideal.

3. When I checked into my room, I was so disappointed to see I was in an extraordinarily small room with poorly hung wallpaper, no dresser to store my clothes and the sink in the room rather than than private in the bathroom.

7. My friend's daughter was disappointed there was no pool; for that, though, I think you need a bigger chain and less of a boutique hotel, especially in a big city like Chicago.
