1. The only bad thing was that there was a lot of noise early in the morning due to construction (I think on the fifth floor).

4. The only bad thing I experienced was the guy downstairs in the deli type restaurant couldn't make a latte to save his life.

5. I would have liked to have a view of the river but we didn't indicate that to them so it really isn't a bad thing but the only thing I can say that would be even close to a negative.
