1. First a front desk woman who was short with me, and a bit rude, When I mentioned I was a Thompson member, she replied curtly that they were no longer a Thompson property.

7. The only other off experience was the man who was staffing the microsoft room (which my husband and kids enjoyed the xbox 360`s) who was 'arrogant' and very rude according to my husband.

8. The Conceirge was rude (when you could actually get a hold of them), we booked tickets to the Sunday Gospel Brunch, wrong number of tickets, and when I asked what time we should arrive for the 10:00 seating we were told '10:00'.
