I did receive a very good rate from TravelZoo and maybe that's why we didn't received

treatment as we checked in, For a so-called 4 star hotel, this is what we had as we checked in to the hotel.

The only other off experience was the man who was staffing the microsoft room (which my husband and kids enjoyed the xbox 360`s) who was 'arrogant' and very

The Conceirge was
rude
(when you could actually get a hold of them), we booked tickets to the Sunday Gospel Brunch, wrong number of tickets, and when I asked what time we should arrive for the 10:00 seating we were told '10:00'.
